Returns

We accept exchanges and returns.

You can make a single size exchange or return free of charge.

You can exchange the size or request a return within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt.

When the garment arrives at our facilities, we will inspect it. It must be in its original condition and packaging, with all its accessories and security tag intact.

No exchanges or returns will be accepted for items that do not meet these conditions or have been worn.

We'll then initiate the return process. All you have to do is prepare the package, and we'll take care of the rest.

The rest of Europe between 3 - 5 days.

Shipments generated after 1:00 p.m. on Friday will arrive at their destination within 24/72 hours starting the following Monday.
